The final award was Manhattanville's lone individual award winner, as second-year head coach
Gregg Miller was named the 2012 Men's Soccer Coach of the Year after guiding his team to its second straight top-seed in the Freedom Conference Tournament.
For [Eros] Olazabal, he started the year strong with four goals in his first two games of the season against Swarthmore and Old Westbury. He picked up two more goals in conference play later in the season against DeSales and Wilkes, both games in which the Valiants picked up points in the standings. This was Olazabal's second straight appearance on the All-Conference First Team.
Also on the first team was Addison, who was a staple in the defensive midfield position for the Valiants in each of the past two seasons. While the first-time all-conference player did not pick up a point offensively this season, Addison was part of a defensive unit that held opponents to just 24 goals this year in 18 games this season.
The second team saw [Erick] Olazabal on its list for the second straight season after leading the team in assists for the third straight season. Olazabal added six assists in 2012 and now has 26 for his career, which places him in a tie for third on the all-time list at Manhattanville.
Another first-time all-conference player was Siring, who also played in a defensive position this year. While seeing action in double-figure game totals in each of his four seasons, Siring scored his second career goal in against Brooklyn back in September. During his senior year he has also helped the Valiants to seven clean sheets this year.
Cassidy is also a first-time member of the all-conference team, Cassidy made his season debut against Old Westbury. He started in the following game against Western New England and picked up a goal and assist over his junior campaign. The 6'1" midfielder has been a presence in the midfield for Manhattanville all season long, helping offensively, defensively and on set pieces.
The final member representing Manhattanville on the second team was Singson, who emerged as the team's starting goalkeeper over the course of the year. Thus far he has amassed a 6-3-4 record, the four ties setting a new record for goalkeepers in a season. He has only allowed 13 goals and 64 saves, for an 83.1 save % and a 0.94 GAA, the second best for a single-season in Manhattanville history.
Blasetti made the switch to the offense after three seasons as a defensive anchor for Manhattanville. The 2012 senior co-captain set career highs in goals with five, points with 11 and shots with 41. Blasetti score the biggest goal of the season thus far as he scored the Valiants' top-seed clinching goal in overtime against Misericordia in the regular-season finale.
Along with Blasetti on the all-conference honorable mention squad is classmate Kelyana, who led the team in goals this season with seven. He started the year off brilliantly with five goals in the first six games, and was an offensive threat throughout the remainder of the season, setting career-highs in goals and points.
The final award recipient in coach Miller won his first Coach of the Year award in just his second season at the helm of the team. His team has gone 8-6-4 in 2012 thus far, and in two seasons already has 23 wins, which places him sixth on the all time wins list and three out of the top-five.
